Tasting Notes

C9 h9 no3 2020 has a deep golden colour.

On the nose it is toasty and has a distinct oxidised note.

On the mouth the wine is round at the start and evolve into a more bitter profile later.

It’s grippy and balsamic and the closing note is austere.
