Tasting Notes

310 2019 from Nove Lune estate has a beautiful golden colour.

On the nose it’s floral and fragrant with notes of white flowers, almonds, butter and biscuits.

The mouthfeel is very pleasant and round with nutty notes, biscuit and vanilla.

The finish is rather long, toasty and very elegant.

How it's made

Fermentation takes place in barrique.

After fermentation, the wine is aged in barrique on its yeast with continuous batonnage until bottling.
