Nosiola
Nosiola is a white Italian wine grape variety grown in the Valle dei Laghi region of Trentino, north of Lake Garda. It’s used as a blending component in wines like Trento’s Sorni Bianco and in varietal Denominazione di origine controllata (DOC) wines. It’s also used to make Vin Santo, a dessert wine made from grapes that have been allowed to dry out before fermentation.
