This Grand Malbec 2017 from Alpasión estate has a deep ruby colour with garnet hues.
On the nose it’s juicy and deep with black currants, blackberries, sour cherries. It also has more evolved notes of liquorice and graphite.
The mouthfeel is warm and spicy. On the palate it’s juicy and toasty with a nice coffee note.
The finish is pleasant and long.

Malbec is a purple grape variety that is used in the manufacture of red wine. The grapes are known for their inky dark color and robust tannins, and are one of the six grapes allowed in red Bordeaux wine blends.
