In fermento from Fattorie di Fibbiano has a straw yellow colour with a cloudy, milky appearance.

On the nose it comes across aromatic and delicate, it’s also very mineral The bouquet has notes of flint, pear and white flowers.

On the mouth it’s mineral, sapid and fresh with notes of almond and cream.

The finish is medium long.
