L’instabile 2017 from Daniele Ricci has a light caramel colour.
On the nose it’s deep and intense, smokey and nutty with a nice oxidised note.
On the mouth L’instabile is full and round with toasty notes like bread crust and nuts.
On the palate it’s very balanced with a nice bitter aftertaste and a coffee closing note.
The finish is long.
