Crisp and attractive. Under ripe pineapple, yogurt, mint.
The Nosiola Conzal from the Cavit Estate has a rather vivid and fresh nose.
It opens with citrusy a distinctive under ripe pineapple notes, but also yogurt and a hint of mint.
Mouthfeel is crisp with a sweet character that sits on top the distinctive wine freshness.
The finish is medium. Great aperitif wine!
Nosiola is a white Italian wine grape variety grown in the Valle dei Laghi region of Trentino, north of Lake Garda. It’s used as a blending component in wines like Trento’s Sorni Bianco and in varietal Denominazione di origine controllata (DOC) wines. It’s also used to make Vin Santo, a dessert wine made from grapes that have been allowed to dry out before fermentation.Link to here... | Derived from 'Nosiola' on Wikipedia
